About your order
Can I order by phone or fax?
We only accept orders via the Internet. Please note that due to system restrictions, we cannot accept orders via telephone or fax.
How much is the shipping cost?
If the total amount of your order is 3,000 yen (excluding tax) or more, shipping is free.
If the total amount of a single order is less than 3,000 yen (excluding tax), an additional shipping fee of 200 yen (excluding tax) will be charged.
Can I have it gift wrapped?
This will be charged separately (100 yen).
Can I specify multiple delivery addresses?
As a general rule, each item will be delivered separately.
I made a mistake with my order. Can I cancel it?
We cannot accept back-ordered or made-to-order items, but we can handle other items only after you place your order and before the product is shipped.
Can I order over the phone?
No, we are sorry.
About the product
Will out-of-stock items be restocked?
If the desired product is out of stock, we will check with the manufacturer and notify you by email.
Regarding delivery
What will be the delivery method and carrier?
*Products shipped directly from the manufacturer are closed on Saturdays, Sundays, holidays, long holidays, and the New Year holidays.
*Depending on payment method, holidays, stock availability, delivery area, etc., it may take 4 to 7 days for the product to be delivered. Please check the email we send you for details.
When will my order arrive at the earliest?
Delivery time: Expected to ship within 4-7 business days (excluding Sundays)
Can you deliver to remote islands?
There may be an additional shipping charge, but we can accommodate that.
