Defective Products
Regarding returns and exchanges, if there is a mistake on our part, we will accept returns upon contact within 5 days of receiving the product. Please note that, as a general rule, we cannot accept returns due to customer convenience. For returns, please see the [Return Conditions] below.

- In case of defective products
- If you receive a product that is different from the one you ordered, we cannot accept returns of the following products:

Return Shipping Fee
Returns We will cover the shipping costs for returns. If you wish to return an item, please send it to the following address, cash on delivery, after emailing us.
Exchanges In the case of an exchange due to customer convenience, we will send you a replacement product free of charge up to one time. Exchange products are limited to products of the same value. Please note that you will be responsible for the shipping costs for the return shipment. We will send you the replacement product as soon as it arrives at our store, so please return it by courier. (If the item you wish to exchange is not in stock, we may accept a return. Thank you for your understanding.)
